Cancellation & Returns

How JuicyWhip handles cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

Eligibility windows

  • Cancellations: available until your order is prepared for shipment
  • Returns: within 7 days of delivery for unopened, resale-ready products
  • Damaged or incorrect items: let us know within 48 hours so we can make it right

How to start a request

  • Email orders@juicywhip.com with your order number, photos (if damaged), and the reason for the request
  • Keep products in their original packaging when possible so we can verify the issue
  • Our team will confirm eligibility and share the next steps or a return label when applicable

Condition of returns

JuicyWhip beverages and mixes are perishable; for safety, we can only accept sealed items in original condition unless there was a quality issue on arrival.

  • Include all accessories, promotional items, and packing slips with your return
  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping
  • If the return is discretionary, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

Refunds and exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned items
  • Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability; we will confirm timing before shipping replacements
